Blom UK (formerly Simmons Aerofilms)

Blom Aerofilms is one of the largest providers of aerial imagery and geospatial data based in the UK. Utilising a versatile fleet of aircraft and scanners Blom UK captures oblique and vertical aerial photography and topographic survey data using a technique using lasers known as LiDAR. Blom uses this information to produce a range of datasets, such as 3D models and vector mapping, for local and regional government, transport, infrastructure, engineering and environmental industry sectors. Blom UK’s specialist workforce allows us to provide this data in bespoke formats or via our online services such as BlomURBEX.
